Youngsters

Two of this year's crop of new birds. Northern cardinal on the left, tufted titmouse on the right. They came in looking for something to eat this afternoon. Birdseed is very scarce at the moment because we really need to get serious about discouraging the bear(s). And by "we" I mean "I." I find these begging birds very hard to resist, though. Plus, I really want them to keep coming!
