This is the first service from inside the church since March 15th went the Rev took the service at St John's Selsdon. This is St John's Shirley. , still on U tube but celebrated from inside the church and the " lockdown choir" sang the hymns too. Just lovely to see and hear and join in with.
" A" left at 9pm , he came to lunch and an evening meal. This afternoon we went for a stroll in Kelsey Park , the first time this year. Gradually the " new norm" will come but only if people are sensible , the CV19 is still here.??
Do hope you've all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the weather. I think it will remain with us for a little while longer. When we have a nice day the nights , tho drawing in, stay lighter for longer. This time on Friday it was pitch black , tonight I can still see the flowers in the garden.
