Still trying

Squirrel was back again today and made another attempt on the bird feeder. It doesn't really seem to have got the idea that the nuts are inside the feeder and instead seemed to be trying to eat the feeder itself. I don't imagine the plastic top of a bird feeder is very tasty. Though maybe it was trying to chew its way into the feeder?

Whatever it was trying to do it was an unsuccessful and short-lived, though entertaining (for me at least), attempt and the squirrel returned to the easier job of getting at the nuts and seeds on the ground that had falled from the feeder. Altogether an easier way to get a snack!
