Sunday Sun?

Been pouring with rain here the majority of the day interspersed by the briefest of brief sunny spell.

I popped out for my run during one said spell and within 5 mins or so got caught in a monsoon.

I actually quite enjoy running in the rain but a certain part of my anatomy on the upper torso doesn’t like the chaffing and was actually bleeding!!

Need plasters on in the right areas next time.

Been an otherwise quiet day here again with nothing much going on. MrsT and L went on a bike ride....and got soaked. A came round to play with L and is staying for dinner. The girls are playing away in her room. It’s great the under 12s can do this now.

I started reading a new book. I am C-3PO by Anthony Daniels.

Watched a bit of Iron Man 3

Need a beer!
