Notes: Started with Reston Farmer's Market (first time this year) and got some pastured chicken breast. Small list from Mom's Organic Market and checked Sprouts but didn't get anything. Headed back and stopped at local bakery - tried a pastry, checked a Korean bakery as well. Got the over-toilet cabinet completed and supported. Later, (indoor) grilled hot dogs and made roasted golden beet (tastes like sweet corn) with chopped salad and cassava cinnamon rolls. Had sweet potato brownie dessert with Coco Whip. Quiet night, watched a Downton Abbey and saw the orange Buck Moon and slight bit of fireworks tho heard them for hours. Capitol Fourth show was pretty bad and felt less connected to the holiday and country this year than ever. Didn't feel great all day - hormonal gut and headachey.
