All The Better to See With

Its been a while, but I felt like doing an upload and had some time free... and I made a carrot cake which makes an even better reason for a blip. I am contemplating a baking journal of some kind. I do love it so much.
Its Logans sisters birthday today and we are going round later to drop off presents etc and ...cake!

Hopefully it will go down well, Im considering giving it a go in my mini cupcake baking tray to make mini ones! The cake is easy to make and the icing is really simple too... Icing sugar and fresh orange juice!
