Waiting for the ferry

Time for them to go home. Kalyn and Marky left just after noon. They should be home by 7:30 tonight - quite a long trip for them, quite a bit of the time spent in the car on the ferries. 
I waved goodbye to them as they drove on the ferry and had a few tears. It's been a wonderful week and such a relief to see Renata, Krista, Kalyn and Marky after so many months of not seeing them except on Face Time. Kalyn is hoping that she and Krista will come over for another visit this summer. Fingers crossed!
And yes, BD, I was greetin' all the way home!
Extra: Me and ma wee Kaylee in the garden just before they left for the ferry. Can't believe how quickly she's grown up. I remember when she was looking up at me when we hugged!
