Pease Bay

Mr P and I finally escaped Peebles and made it to Hideaway Cottage in Cockburnspath. I would definitely recommend it. Lovely cottage with great attention to detail such as fresh flowers and welcome food hamper including Prosecco and choccies.
After lunch, once the rain had cleared, Mr P and I headed off for a coastal walk (Southern Upland Way). Should have been a short 2 hour walk but ended up taking us 4 as we got lost. Not like us. Wonderful to hear the sound of the sea again!
