Leafcutter Bee

This one flew past my ear as I was gathering fodder for the guinea pigs from the vegetable garden. I've never laid eyes on one before so I was surprised to see how perfectly circular it had cut its piece of leaf. Unfortunately it dropped it behind the foliage. Some days are just hard I guess!

In other news, I made an enjoyable ride into Suffolk, across to Wormingford, to Boxford via Arger Fenn and Assington, a bit over 43 miles and 2 1/2 hours.
