Few And Far Between

It is Flower Friday and because the mowers have been out in force and have done their jobs so well, the wildflowers available to me are few and far between.  I did finally find this patch of Texas Lantana over  by the playground at the hike and bike trail.  They can have up to four or five colors on the same clump of blossoms, but these today have mostly yellow and orange.  I am not sure why they can have several colors on one bunch.  I will try to do some research and get back to you.  Thanks to Biker Bear for hosting!
