Days of Thankfulness

I am thankful for yoga.
Monday night yoga with Shanti.

I have been practising yoga on and off for about 15 years. It is always something I return to and it's taught me how to sit, breathe, meditate, stretch and be mindful of my health.

Tonight I had an amazing yoga practice. During meditation and quiet moments I had some wonderful epiphanies about how to better manage my health. I also felt a wash of positivity and joy fill my being. It was quite the experience.

I am also so grateful for my wonderful yoga teacher, Shanti. She shares joy and wisdom (and humour) with all of her students and has really reconnected me with my practice.
