Beautiful flowers on the Tree

This tree is in a front garden in my daughter’s street. I think it might be a tulip tree but I’m not sure. The blossoms are just coming out. I did my early shopping run and dropped a few things off at my daughters. I can’t stay because of the parking regulations in the week.
