My replacement hair trimmer arrived, so Mary was able to have another go after our failed attempt last week. Not a bad job for a first ever hair cut I'd say.  Not sure how she'd score on customer service with shouts of 'just shut up or I'll shave it all off!' if I dared to make any suggestions.
