A Sensible Cat

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellows,

It was cold at 7am this morning. I know this for a fact because I was out in the garden with Punky. Making sure he was safe and keeping him company out in the garden. 

Jasper very sensibly stayed inside, peering at me.

Don't get me wrong. Jasper likes the garden, but he enjoys peace and warmth and cosy beds better.

Our garden is now nearly finished. Down the side of the house new plants and trees have been planted to encourage more birds and wildlife. I like the idea of turning our garden into a little sanctuary for the animals. Meanwhile, Caro is threatening to take me to a garden centre this weekend. 

It's a rock and roll lifestyle all right. It makes me very happy. 

Don't get me wrong. I like dancing and drinking and parties, but I like quiet and warmth and cosy beds better. 

Is it possible I'm the human version of Jasper?
