In N Out

My cooking plans were put on hold when my husband had a video conference run rather long. In our makeshift home office in the dining room, his laptop camera faces the kitchen, so my (Julia—I hope) Childish antics in the background would have been disruptive.

However, after months of deprivation, fries have made their triumphant return to my diet. We enjoyed a delicious wine last night after dinner and will finish it tonight, but it didn’t seem a good pairing last night and tonight’s duck didn’t happen either, so it hasn’t made it to either photo: Château Robin des Moines Saint-Emilion 2014.
