Electronic waste

At the banks of the rivulet Gersprenz, where our dog Omo usually gets into the water, I saw this electronic waste.
In our village disposal of anything "with a cable" is free, but of course only if you bring it to the collection point (or ask it be picked up, another option). Free disposal should not mean free wherever you like.
