Blip in the bag!

My son offered to meet me at the Rising Sun Country Park, a few miles away from home, and have a wander to see if we could see any owls. He had see some a few days ago. Apparently they live in the park and this year in particular, have been very obliging, posing for photos with the two chicks. 
We found them quite quickly, as there were several long lenses trained on bushes by a path. As we approached my phone started to ring, and ring, and ring and ring until the owl nearest the path flew off!!!
Luckily for me the northern folk are pretty understanding and we didn't have to wait too long until another owl came even closer.
However, I'm not sure that my son will suggest any more outings in the near future.
