The Barnard Castle Eye Test

I'm a bit late to the table with this one because BrewDog had sold out of the first batch when I ordered and it's only just arrived (and very nice it is too). I think it's worth keeping the story going, as it never hurts to be reminded of the contempt in which we are held by our political masters.
