New Zealand Cat of the Day

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellows,

I'm not exaggerating, he really is. Caro posted this picture on Instagram and she was contacted shortly afterward saying that #nzcatsofinstagram or some such had elected Punky to this position.

In other news, it rained pretty much all day which put paid to the gardeners finishing up. Our semi-complete garden was instead turned muddy and swampy. When I let the cats out, I could hear them squishing their way through it, and then they came back in and left muddy footprints everywhere (see extra).

Loulou popped around at lunchtime for a cup of tea. As always, the chat was intellectual. Like the Princess, she is a knitter, and she now wishes to make a "vagina tea-cosy".

Not to be sexist or anything, but surely a tea-cosy should be male? "Don't you want to knit a pair of baws to go under the spout?" I asked. In response, Loulou messaged me a picture of a vagina tea-cosy later that day.

Her only problem is that she doesn't know how to knit a tea-cosy. If there are any Princesses out there who could offer advice it would be gratefully received.

S.
