A beautiful visitor

Lovely to see this Red Admiral enjoying the Buddleia today ..... it is looking a little the worse for wear though! :-)

I had spent ages chasing a tiny Hoverfly round the garden ..... it refused to pose in an easily accessible place! I did finally get a photo of it .... added it as an extra ...... I had to crop it severely as it buried itself in the centre of the bush!

A slightly warmer day ..... no need for socks!
