Purple

A bit more unlocked.
I went to Oversley Wood to look for orchids . Within a couple of minutes I'd seen orchids and  this purple emperor. I had a bit of a walk farther through the wood to see what else there was . I met lots of men ( mainly) with huge lenses and binoculars etc who had come to look for butterflies and seen nothing.
A lucky day for me I guess.
I'm informed this is a male purple emperor. Its wings look a bit tatty.
Going to add a collage of a few more butterflies and some orchids and other flowers.
