Sourdough
This is the only photo I have taken today. I haven’t purchased any bread since I started my baking journey. Every loaf is different. This lot was a different flour and 77% hydration. Too much water for the flour. What I am learning is the type of flour makes a huge difference. This one is tasty and has plenty of air bubbles but was unable to keep its dome shape. Doesn’t matter but makes the toast a bit long and flat.
