Winter warmer

The weekend break has recharged my batteries...I've been like superwoman today!
Slept like a log, then woke up bright & early to have a nice hot shower before work.
Lunch was a mad dash for food (the cupboards were bare!) then with a bit of culinary wizardry on my part, voila! Beef casserole in the slow cooker.
Throw in a few herby dumplings and dinner was served. Yummy!!!
