I blipped the sunset on my way out of work to an appointment with the hygeniest, it is only the second time I've had it done and I can't believe I had forgotten / blocked out the horror and pain of the process!!! 20+ minutes of scraping and picking torture while a distorted poorly tuned Heart FM played in the background!
