Willow Herb

Yet again it was pouring rain when I woke up, which didn’t make me want to jump out of bed with joy for the first day of the school summer holidays.  It was a grey, wet and wild day – almost wintery.  I was cold and had to put an extra jumper on.  When I was still cold I gave in and put the heater on – in June – the end of June at that!  I saw on the weather over the weekend, that the jet stream is in the wrong place – which is causing our unseasonal and changeable weather.
 
Work was busy – very busy and I had a lot to do and a lot to think about in between a number of calls.
 
After tea, I ventured out for a walk – wearing my raincoat and a scarf.  Amazingly it brightened up when I was out and the sun even appeared, which I really hadn’t expected.  We’re all feeling weary tonight. BB must be weary doing nothing!
 
The willowherb is starting to bloom.
