I wish I were a pigeon

...then I could hang out on ledges and not bother with the boring stuff.

Currently watching a rental film. I get them by post, but when I opened the package this eve, it turned out to be Disney's Brave, instead of the classic I'd been told I was getting! Anyway, it will do for the children's lunchtime showing on Friday.

Can't help thinking Brave is very like Janet Paisley's White Rose rebel, without the sex, but featuring a bear instead! (NOT sex with a bear, obviously).

Anyway, enough of bears. This is King Street, Stroud, this morning with shadows and pigeons.
I was trying to capture two women in the window of Subway, in fur coats. They reminded me of that Edward Hopper painting. But I pretended not to be taking their picture, in case they looked round and the moment was lost, and so took some rooftop shots as well. I liked this one best.
