LOCK DOWN DAY 99

Not a very nice day today. I only went for a little play in the field first thing this morning because it was pouring with rain. I went for a longer walk later but it was still pouring with rain so I got very wet. Fortunately by the time I went for my afternoon walk it had stopped raining. Having said that, we've just frittered the day away.

The only useful thing we've done today is have a glass of Prosecco 'high powered business meeting' with our very lovely housekeeper Julia.

For those of you who don't read our Blips regularly, we are in St Ives sprucing up our house ready for the HUGE influx of 20,000 visitors on the 4th July. Ann has read so much online and has talked to so many people who work in the holiday letting industry re rules & regulations regarding cleaning holiday lets, that she was going a bit mad. Fortunately Julia is the bestest cleaner in the world and she has managed to convince Ann that all that is needed is a bit of common sense??!! Yay!

Obviously we want to keep everyone safe but at the end of the day if people are paranoid about staying in someone else's house then they shouldn't be coming.
