Potato Salad

A nice relaxing day and I decided not to do the cleaning of the patio room today, which is often a Sunday task.  We're back to our old favourite of roast chicken and roast veggies for Sunday dinner.  I made a big bowl (more than you see here) of potato salad to use up all the new potatoes we bought last week and never used - it will do for a couple of lunches with the leftover chicken.
