Familiar Place

Our first walk in Cotehele since Lockdown. There was only one other car in the carpark and another one entered as we walked out, so we virtually had the place to ourselves! Unfortunately the other person was a dad with his toddler who had wanted to see a dog - and lo he met Oscar! He was very brave and gave him a treat!  It was fine whilst the child was on his dads shoulders but when he was toddling along I had to put Oscar on a lead - Oscar is not sure about children  and no way was I going to take a risk in having him off lead! Oscar was quite happy to be constantly on lead / off lead! On our return from the weir I let him off lead and he went racing along the path and  down to the stream where he got covered in mud! Oh Oscar!
