Viburnum (?fragrans)

Last week I blipped a shrub by streetlight, today is a flowerhead from the same shrub - the flowers weren't out last week.
Shortly after I took this it started snowing heavily but I still went out for a run - though only 2 of us turned up today. There's a starry sky at present.
