great cooking

This lovely lady did a TV cooking show while on lockdown. She used her husband's phone to record, her own kitchen, and her 2 cute boys-4 and 1 to help. She used recipes that were so adaptable to make use of what was in your pantry. She is so natural. Couple of weeks ago she decided to do a one off print of a recipe book  and give all proceeds to 2 charities. I think she made something like $450,000 + food to the local foodbank. I made several recipes today playing with my new oven. A great way to spend a cold day- we did see the sun for a brief while!!!!
