Emptied.

At last we were able to get up to Cardiff to clear Eldest’s room.

We had offered to drop a Falmouth student back at his home in Newport with all his stuff so after dropping Smallest to school we went to collect Fal Student. It’s difficult to social distance in a van but he sat in the back row and we all sat up front so we did the best we could!

After dropping him off we continued on to Cardiff. Unsurprisingly Eldest’s flat was deserted but all her stuff (and her flat mates things) was either left in her room or gathered together in the kitchen. It took us an hour or so to pack it all and load it into the van, drop off her keys and be off again.

We called in briefly to see MrRoly’s mum - she’s missing him a lot as he had been staying with her 2 nights a week until lockdown. The dog was delighted to see him as well!

Home just after 8 - we’ll leave the unpacking until tomorrow I think!
