Safely gathered in!

The weather this morning was atrocious again! I spent a few hours in the growing room, where the climate was much more pleasant. I'm hoping tomorrow will be less wintry.
There was much less rain late this afternoon so I gathered some goodies from the garden for dinner. I added a squash and some beetroot and we enjoyed roasted vegetables and stir fry greens with a slice of bread I made this morning. It was a good feeling to be eating our own produce. There is a lot of lettuce in the garden, just need it to warm up a bit to enjoy salad eating!
