Week 15 - Day 1 Independence Day

Henry drove himself to work. Woohoo! As taxi drivers, Jon and I are now officially redundant - that’s a redundancy I don’t mind. He has his own car, and a I caught him on camera this evening, as he showed us a couple of bits he got for his birthday from Daniel and Mollie, which arrived today. It is so exciting being 18! So now it’s just me who needs to find a ‘new’ car.

I worked today. A long day with a day long headache, which I still have. I can’t complain as I haven’t had it for quite a few weeks. I hope this one goes soon.

I am driving mum and dad back to Hoddesdon tomorrow after their whistle stop trip to Norfolk. They don’t like being here if they don’t have their car with them, so are keen to get back home. I will drive back home Wednesday. Then I have a day at home Thursday and will be back at work Friday. I must make time to plant my purple sprouting broccoli. It was too hot to do it last week.

An early night is what I need now.
