Birds Eye View

I was expecting rain all day and was pleasantly surprised when I saw a glimpse of blue sky after lunch. We headed out for a walk through town and then up to the Cuilc where we had great fun watching the cygnets and their parents at close quarter.  The cygnets are now really big and active.

A few of the non-food shops where open in town which was really nice to see - further steps on the return to "normality". 

Earlier in the day I caught up with HazelH by phone in which we discussed our new found love of gardening, amongst other things. It was lovely to catch up.
