Petunia

One of the petunias in our hanging baskets is such a dark velvety purple that it appears black - gorgeous.

We bought a "mixed petunias" plug plant deal from an internet seller, and in addition to these there are also some rather attractive multi coloured petunias - total jumble in all the baskets, because of course they were planted as plugs, with no flowers visible.

It's blowing a hoolie out there!  I spent some time rearranging my Kallax storage unit, so the flute music will fit.  And W has been creating a storage unit for the polytunnel.  We have a small number of green tomatoes on the plants in the polytunnel, so hope for home grown tomatoes in a few weeks.  And W harvested our first pea pod - we shared the contents.
