Plan B
So today didn't go as I had planned and I had to adopt "Plan B". A series of unfortunate incidents meant that I was not able to attend work. Sounds not too bad, I know, but I could have done without this particular set of circumstances today.
Nevertheless, I did manage to get some (very limited) Blip-time in between essential chores, tasks and even a bit of working-from-home.
I went to have a look at the nearby Linn Caves - totally man-made, the letterbox opening behind the falls extends back some 20 metres or so. This is an example of "stoop and room" mining - I think limestone was extracted here and the miners left huge supporting blocks (or stoops) inside the cave to avoid a collapse. Worth a visit if you can find it and don't mind bumping your head a lot.
