Notes: Was awake for hrs thru the night and then slept till 930a - felt very out of it. Tried a slicer with little luck to make some hash browns from white sweet potato and then scrambled some eggs, watched the CBS show. Had my brined chicken (pasture-raised from TJs) ready to go and roasted that and removed all the meat. Worked on another Reiki email for the few who opted to try the first distance group. Felt off much of the day. Mic back around 530p, made a big chopped salad with roasted chicken for dinner.
