Storm Damage

We have had strong winds and periods of heavy rain now for the past 36 hours.  The good news is that our water butt has filled up with fresh rainwater and the grass is green again;  the bad news is that our clematis arch between our upper and lower garden has succumbed to the storm and has collapsed onto the shrubbery.  According to the local news this lunchtime, some parts of the Lake District have had 200mm/8" rain over the past 24 hours.
