Ted

Ted had just woken up from his Cat Nap when I shot this image tonight. I ran with the Temuka Group tonight 6km at 5.45 average feeling some improvement very satisfying.
On the Whale Rescue, our Whale survived and was swimming out to sea on the High Tide, this was great news.
