Salon des Vins de #Loire today & the président of the salon Pierre Aguilas assures us that despite it's difficulties 2012 will be a good year. From the 2012s we have tasted over the last three days they have been surprisingly good, light, easy to drink but not wines to keep. Maybe not such a bad thing after the previous few years when alcohol levels have been up around 15%. So wines to drink now and quaffing wines for the summer...pas mal !
