The trench coat

Horizontal hailstones are not a good start to the week, so when my new trench coat arrived it made my day.

I have always wanted a proper trench like Audrey Hepburn in 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' or Meryl Streep in 'Kramer vs Kramer'. I couldn't wait to put it on and wore it to Sainsbury's this evening to do my shopping, but the theme tune that came into my head as I waltzed around the aisles - not 'Moon River', no - 'Inspector Gadget'.
