Oasis of wilderness

What a difference a couple of days makes! There was I, boasting about my oasis of calm that I can retreat to for meditative purposes & here it is this evening: battered, wild & wet.

Surely, these kind of extremes can’t be possible?...

So, I’ll wait until the storm passes & then I’ll scratch my head for a while (possibly frown for a bit; probably stick my tongue out whilst I think) & I’ll arrive at a solution as to how to salvage this lovage bush.

I wonder if tying it back up with garden twine might help?...
