Elderflower Cordial

Its bucketed down with rain all day. These elder flowers have been soaking for 2 days. Now the cordial can be bottled and sterilised. My first attempt at elderflower cordial, probably picked the flowers  bit too late. Good job I went out on Friday though. There's no elder flowers left on the trees after two days of rain.
