We are still queueing for take away coffee. 

A lazy morning, then got myself ready for  a walk. 12,900 steps and 5 miles later I got home. I stopped off at Steven's to pick something I had left and spent some time with the boys. 
Lewis has been looking after bugs in containers, feeding them and playing with them. He is desperate for  a real pet ; a hamster. They went to the pet shop but they they had sold out! 

Today my anger has been really bad for no reason, making my chest worse and me irritable. I am sitting here and I can feel it boiling inside me for no reason.
