Time for a windowsill
Been in this house for coming up 15 years, and I've finally had enough of no windowsill in our bedroom.
So I bought a shaped plank from B&Q, and sawed a good 70cm off ( hopefully will make a shelf somewhere ). Decided it would make more sense to paint it before putting it in.
Once done, I'll be able to put some plants on the windowsill.
Also means we will have to eat in the dining room today.
In other news, my depression has hit some massive lows these last few days.
Not sure if it's the first fathers day without my Dad, or just the whole lockdown thing getting to me.
Every now and then the tablets seem to do nothing at all. Would imagine that it should be when during the winter times.
Looking forward to catching up with some friends when the pubs reopen, and when my best mate finally gets back from Ireland ( been out there all year!).
The one thing that keep surprising me is that I haven't shaved my head yet. I think that is one of my tells when things are not well, along with more black and white photos.
In other other news, watched Le Mans 66 last night.
Really enjoyed it despite some of the historical inaccuracies in it.
Not convinced in C.Bales brummie accent though. Seemed to wander a bit.
And finally, if you've not seen it watch Staged on iplayer.
Michael Sheen and David Tennant, or should that be David Tennant and Michael Sheen in lockdown meltdown.
Short episodes, 6 in total and excellent
