Vigilante

All our beaches are patrolled by these guys. 

Normally in twos and threes, they ensure the safety of all beach-goers, by counting the sunworshippers to keep within the 464 limit for this section of the playa.

They usher dog walkers off the sand and generally keep the peace.

As you can see, they have their hands full today.
