The Things We Do......

..... when it's cold and wet.

I got up this morning to go for a walk, but it was raining.  So, I went back to bed.

It's been dull, cold and wet all day.

So, I've done the ironing.  Made a cake.  And dyed my hair.

I haven't dyed my hair since I retired.  And although I'm going grey, it's still quite brown.

But after a contretemps with a man in a car park the other week,
(He parked too close to me, so when I was getting Mia into her car seat, I
hit his car with my door.  No damage was done.  But he started shouting at me, and called me 'a silly old woman'  I just laughed).

But it must've hit home, so I've dyed my hair.

Whether I'll keep it up or not remains to be seen.
