The rosebay willow herb is just starting to flower and looking great blowing in the wind and rain !
Did 10 mins bare back in the yard, just Some gentle walk and stand . I had to make adjustments on my seat/ shoulder on left hand bends just to stay on but once I had it , it was grand. Thighs only ached a bit briefly, so more of same planned for tomorrow. Daisy just looked slightly confused and bored by the goings on.!
