Kimberley Park
The gardens at Kimberley Park pre-date 1877 and are named after the Earl of Kimberley, who leased the parks to the Borough of Falmouth since its early times. Despite their closeness to the main road into Falmouth I like the tranquility of them and I like the fact that since lockdown the gardens have been used by more people.
This morning I laid the RNA Poppy Cross to commemorate the start of the Korean War on this day, this is a war that has no official cease fire.
Car in for what turned out to be an expensive MOT which meant the bus home and a pick up tomorrow.
I got off the bus at the rugby club and spent a few hours there preparing the clubhouse to become a child immunisation centre tomorrow.
Busy Day
